Where MeetJohn.Ai processes personal data on your behalf, this Addendum applies and forms part of the Terms.
You are the data controller for the contact data you import and the outreach you send; MeetJohn.Ai is a processor acting on your documented instructions (your use of the Service).
Subject matter: operating a warm-introduction CRM. Duration: for the life of your workspace. Data subjects: your contacts and teammates. Data types: contact identifiers, email content, notes.
We apply the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy and use the subprocessors listed here. We will not engage a new subprocessor category without updating that list.
The Service provides self-serve export and erasure. On termination you can export and then delete your workspace, after which tenant data is removed (append-only audit and suppression records are retained as permitted).
