These Terms govern your use of MeetJohn.Ai (the "Service"), a warm-introduction CRM. By creating an account you agree to them.
You may use the Service only for lawful outreach to people who have a genuine relationship with you, with honest double opt-in etiquette. You must not use it for spam, purchased lists, or to contact people who have opted out. You are responsible for compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy) in the jurisdictions you operate in.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Outreach is sent from the mailbox you connect. You are the sender of record. The Service adds an unsubscribe mechanism and your postal address to messages, and suppresses recipients who opt out; you remain responsible for the content and consequences of what you send.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetJohn.Ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for deliverability outcomes, blocked mailboxes, or reputation harm arising from your sending.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you purchase; we will give notice before any price change takes effect for your workspace. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout based on your billing location and shown separately.
You can cancel at any time, yourself, with no notice period and without contacting us — open Settings → Plan & usage → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your workspace stays fully usable until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free tier; we do not cut off access the moment you cancel.
Cancelling does not delete your data. You can export everything at any time, and delete your workspace yourself from Settings.
Because a subscription is billed for a period you retain access to, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated, including where a workspace is unused, downgraded mid-period, or terminated for breach of these Terms. This is the standard practice for services of this kind.
Two exceptions, and we mean them:
1. Statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, and nothing in these Terms removes it. Where local consumer law gives you a refund right, that law wins over this section.
2. Our discretion. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or something on our side plainly failed you, write to support@meetjohn.ai and we will look at it and can refund in full or in part. We would rather refund you than have you dispute a charge.
Refunds, where issued, go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
You may stop using the Service at any time and export or delete your data. We may suspend a workspace that violates these Terms.
