This policy explains what MeetJohn.Ai does with data.
We set exactly one cookie, mj_session, which keeps you signed in. It is
strictly necessary for the Service to function, is not used for advertising, and is not
shared with anyone. Because we set no analytics or marketing cookies, there is no consent
banner to click — there is nothing optional to consent to. Signing out deletes it.
To operate the Service: run sequences, detect and classify replies, and send double opt-in introductions. Reply text may be sent to Anthropic for intent classification — this is optional and can be turned off per workspace in Settings (then a local keyword classifier is used instead).
Data is stored in the deployment's database. Connected-mailbox OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed (scrypt).
You can export your entire workspace as JSON and erase individual contacts (right to be forgotten) from within the app at any time. For other requests contact privacy@meetjohn.ai.
See the subprocessor list.
